How we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, carry out know-your-customer (KYC) and sanctions checks, and prepare and perform contracts. We do not sell or rent your information.
Sharing
Where needed to complete a transaction, we may share relevant details with producers, banks, inspection agencies, shipping lines and regulators. We share only what each party needs.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted within 24 months. Transaction records are kept for as long as Indian law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to info@matrconsulting.com. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
