No price, quantity or specification is binding until both parties sign a written contract. The specification and inspection terms in that contract govern the transaction.
No advance fees
MATR never asks for advance, processing or "commitment" fees. Any request for such a payment in our name is not genuine and should be reported to info@matrconsulting.com.
Compliance
We deal only with counterparties who pass our KYC and sanctions checks. We may decline any enquiry without giving a reason.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai have jurisdiction.
